Gorgeous vintage dress circa the later 1970s, perhaps early 1980s. Black and white stripes with sweet buttons up the side of the bodice, square neck, and a matching belt. Looks and feels like cotton or a blend. Elastic waist and across the back of the bodice top. No Label. I'd say this is a medium but do see measurements below.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 29" at rest up to about 36" fully stretched
Waist: 21" to 33"
Hips: free to 44"
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 41"
